We offer a straightforward, 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions to the LaysanX suite (including Web, Biz, and Eye modules).
Eligibility Period: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
No Questions Asked: During this 7-day window, you do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation. Whether your plans changed or the tool isn't the right fit, we will honor your request.

3. Refund Processing
Timeline: Once your request is received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
Account Access: Upon processing the refund, your access to the LaysanX Ecosystem and any hosted data (including your Headless CMS, ERP, and AI Vision logs) will be terminated. We recommend exporting any critical data before requesting a refund.
4. Post-7 Day Cancellations
After the initial 7-day guarantee period has passed:
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You will continue to have access to LaysanX until the end of your current billing cycle.
Non-Refundable: Payments made after the initial 7-day window are non-refundable and will not be prorated.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience a major technical failure that prevents you from using the software as intended, please contact us even after the 7-day window. We value our reputation for excellence and will work with you to find a fair solution.
