Welcome to LaysanX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Laysan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the LaysanX Web, LaysanX Biz, and LaysanX Eye platforms (collectively, the "Ecosystem").
By accessing
1. Use of Services
Eligibility: You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our services.
LaysanX Web: Users are granted a license to utilize our Headless CMS and API-first architecture to build digital experiences. You are responsible for any front-end applications built using our API.
LaysanX Biz: Our ERP and accounting tools are provided for professional business management. You are responsible for the accuracy of all financial and HR data entered into the system.
LaysanX Eye: Use of our visual intelligence and CCTV-integrated attendance system must comply with all local privacy and surveillance laws.
2. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Content
Automation: Features such as Blog Automation and Agentic AI Chatbots must not be used to generate or distribute spam, illegal content, or malicious code.
API Usage: You agree not to attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures placed on our API.
Zero-Leakage Leads: While we provide the infrastructure for high-performance lead capture, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or lead quality.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, including the LaysanX name and logo, and the underlying software architecture of the Ecosystem, are the exclusive property of Laysan Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Ecosystem, but grant us the right to host and process such data to provide our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
LaysanX is provided "as is".
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Headless CMS, ERP, or AI Vision tools.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Ecosystem at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
